Science recently changed its mind (again) and decided the fat in butter is actually good for you. Knowing science is fickle, Organic Valley jumped on this news and asked for a campaign that gave people permission to bake with butter again. So we officially declared the war on butter over, and honored those who never stopped baking with butter on Facebook Live.

FACEBOOK LIVE BUTTER BUSTS

A Butter Hero is someone who told science to shove it and never stopped baking with butter. We asked people to nominate anyone who fit that bill and then carved their face out of real Organic Valley butter on Facebook Live.

Yes, there are actual professional butter sculptures out there who helped us memorialized these heroes forever. Or at least until someone really needed to butter their toast.
